Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee (total service amount) for any no-shows or cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
15 minute grace period - if you are later than 15 minutes, your time slot is forfeited and you will be charged 50% of your service amount.
All appointments require a $25 deposit. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and can be transferred one time if it is before the 24 hour period. This goes towards your service price!
No new appointments can be booked with me until fees are fully paid.
